Key Requirements:

 

• Experience: 0.6 4 years in Field Sales (Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, CASA Sales preferred).
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing clients in a field-based role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in challenging situations.
• Familiarity with retirement and pension products is an advantage (training will be provided if not).
• Should be comfortable with daily field visits and client interactions.:
