Job Title: Rural Term Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate and process rural term loans
- Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment
- Manage loan portfolios and ensure timely repayments
- Develop relationships with clients and referral networks
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in lending or a related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a rural setting
