 Human Resource Business Partner - HRBP

Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and design HR strategies to support them.
  • Create and implement effective and insightful Onboarding / Exit plans
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support, organizational development, performance management, vendor agreements and vendor management and workforce planning.
  • Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, rewards and recognition programs and support a culture of feedback, collaboration, and growth.
  • Identify training and development needs and plan and execute the training and development program.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and various departments / centers of excellence (COEs) to ensure that HR solutions are effectively and successfully implemented.
  • Lead and manage change management efforts in the business unit.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development activities.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least recent 3 years as an HRBP or similar role in an IT Organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong experience of HR practices, HR laws, and employee relations in IT Industries.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership / stakeholders.
  • Should have strong experience in assistance and support to employees and managers.
  • Experience in handling organizational change, helping setting up practices and workforce transformation.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools is preferred.
