Deputy Manager- KPO Insurance Operations @ Atos

Job Description

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-12 years of KPO Insurance and/or operations experience
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a people management role. Min.15-20 people managing experience required.
• All 3 levels CISI IOC (Investment Operations Certificate) is a MUST.
• Experience in securities / mutual funds industry. Transfer agency experience will be added advantage.
• Managing the production floor, handling all process and people related issues.
• Addressing escalated issues with respect to service delivery and reports any potential problems to the management.
• Participating in the weekly conference calls and updating the weekly status reflecting the process performance.
• Process improvement Planning and strong process control.
• Client interaction and Query/Escalation Management which helps with high level of Customer Satisfaction.
• Effective communication with Subordinates and keeping them updated with recent changes and updates in the process.
• Ensure existing process documentation remain up to date as agreed with client.
• Regular operational calls/meetings with team to review performance.
• Ensure root cause analysis is conducted for the errors and identify corrective and preventive actions for the errors.
• Self-starter and motivated.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills using Excel (formulas, macros, etc.)
