Business Analyst @ Healthasyst

Job Description

• 4-5 years experience as a Business Analyst in US Healthcare Provider side.
• Strong understanding of provider workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/analytics tools.
• Ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements from clinical, admin, and IT stakeholders.
• Experience working with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.).
• Familiarity with healthcare APIs such as GAPI and FHIR for interoperability.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting CMS, MACRA/MIPS, HEDIS.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL (basic/intermediate) for data analysis.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.
• Experience in interacting with US clients via calls/meetings for requirement gathering, status updates, and presentations.
• Exposure to population health analytics and quality measure tracking is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
