Role Description:
Seeking a creative Visual Designer with a social-first approach to lead the design of visually compelling content for digital platforms. Primary focus will be on creating engaging visuals tailored for social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaigns: Design and execute creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, keeping target audiences in mind and drive engagement.
- Social Media Design: Develop eye-catching visuals for print, social platforms, including campaigns, static posts, stories, and videos.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all print & digital content aligns with the brands identity and guidelines.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends and adapt designs to maximize engagement.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in visual design with a focus on digital campaigns and social media.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in design tools - Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
