Job Title: HR Operations Executive
Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage and support core HR processes and systems. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with internal policies, and play a critical role in improving and maintaining HR efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems.
- Coordinate with payroll for accurate data processing (attendance, leaves, benefits, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company standards.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support audits and generate required HR reports as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (24 years) in HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, Workday).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
