Ensure industrial health & safety of employees, contractors, equipment, and facilities at the plant.
Conduct safety inductions, trainings, toolbox talks & mock drills.
Carry out safety rounds, inspections, and audits; ensure compliance with ESS & statutory requirements.
Implement and monitor permit-to-work system, LOTO, and isolation procedures.
Maintain and inspect safety equipment, PPEs, and firefighting systems.
Lead incident/near-miss reporting, investigation, and trend analysis.
Support PSM implementation, HIRA, JSA, Hazop studies.
Promote Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and workplace 5S.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and statutory authorities.
Qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety (essential); Diploma in Chemical/Fire & Safety/Mechanical (preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years in industrial safety (process safety preferred).
Skills: Safety audits, risk assessment, firefighting systems, training, compliance.
Behavioral: Team player, proactive, safety-focused, willingness to learn.
