Position Details

Position Name: Executive I EHS
Number of Roles: 1
Work Experience: 3-5 years (mandatory)
CTC Bracket: Up to 10 LPA
Qualification: Diploma (Chemical) / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Environmental Science)
Age: A 26 years
Gender: Female (Preferred)
Language Preference: Gujarati (local domicile preferred)
Preferred Industry: Open to all industries; Chemical / Petrochemical preferred
Special Keywords: ETP operation, Environmental Compliance, Hazardous Waste Handling, CTE/CTO, ISO 14001, Aspect/Impact Analysis, Sustainability KPIs, Environment Returns, Air & Noise Monitoring

Key Responsibilities

Support Manager EHS in ensuring compliance with all statutory environmental laws, rules, and regulations.
Conduct environmental monitoring (internal & external) as per defined schedules.
Assist in achieving Environmental Management Programs (EMPs) and sustainability targets.
Contribute to CSR initiatives, especially water conservation projects, towards achieving water neutrality.
Drive and maintain 5S implementation in the workplace.
Support in maintaining a safe and environmentally compliant workplace.
Assist in the timely execution and closure of environment-related capital expenditures.
Manage day-to-day operation of ETP/STP, hazardous waste, solid waste, and other environmental facilities.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance frameworks.
Hands-on experience in ETP/STP operations.
Exposure to ISO 14001 standards and environmental audits.
Proficiency in waste management (hazardous & non-hazardous).
Familiarity with CTE/CTO processes, sustainability KPIs, and environmental returns filing.
Strong analytical and documentation skills for aspect/impact analysis.
Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders, government bodies, and external agencies.
