    Hello,   We have Great opportunity for ServiceNow ITSM Developer role.   Exp 6yrs to 12yrs Location PAN India Notice period Immediate 30 days   JD as given below: ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Proficiency in configuring and developing within the ServiceNow platform to tailor it to the project's specific needs. ITSM Implementation. Unit Testing: Ability to perform unit testing to ensure that configurations and developments are functioning correctly. Deployment: Experience in executing deployments to QA and PROD environments. Incident Management: Knowledge of setting up ServiceNow incident management based on Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) workflows. Major Incident Management: Skills in configuring major incident management candidate processes and defining trigger criteria. Problem Management: Expertise in implementing standard flows from creation to closure and configuring handshaking within ServiceNow Incident Management and Change Management modules. Change Management: Ability to set up change management based on OOTB workflows, enable risk assessment, and CAB review approval model based on risk. Request Fulfillment & Service Catalog: Proficiency in standardizing service fulfilment through standardized workflows and configuring requests as part of the service catalog for self-service. Reports & Dashboards: Experience in configuring ITSM reports and dashboards. Knowledge about preexisting OOTB Reports and Dashboards and how to configure them. CMDB (Configuration Management Database): Skills in integrating CMDB with Change Management for impact assessments, supporting various teams in using ServiceNow, and proposing reports and Data Certifications for data input and monitoring.
