Variable Agency Experince in Life Insurance Company is Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage a team of Agency Leaders, who in turn recruit agents to source direct business for Life Insurance Company.
Meet and exceed targets for new agency leader and agent enrollments.
Drive quality recruitment by developing and training successful leaders through one-on-one sessions.
Facilitate mutual support among Financial Executives, Agency Associates, and Agents for effective recruitment.
Enhance AFYP (Annualized First Year Premium) and the number of cases handled by the team.
Focus on high-potential recruits (including EC, MDRT/CEO Council aspirants) across the unit.
Track and analyze competition at a regional level regarding strategies and compensation models, specifically within the Agency Partner Channel (AAP).
Ensure all recruitment and business practices are in compliance with IRDA guidelines.
Monitor and enable timely contracting of agents and associates as per regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular performance reviews and planning (PRP) for the team.
Ensure team retention by developing personalized growth and training plans.
Supervise and guide the team on best practices for agency and sales growth.
Coordinate with Head Office for various activities and support sales promotion events.
Assist with the overall efficient running of the local office.
