Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International and OEM Sales Manager at RADON INDIA located in Jaipur. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, which include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing international and OEM accounts, conducting market research, and expanding the company's global presence. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, along with experience in International Sales and OEM partnerships. Market research and analysis skills are crucial, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The role will require you to travel internationally, so a willingness to do so is essential. Knowledge of the bathroom vanities industry is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and morning shift schedule.
