Job Description
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads by deploying and guiding the sales team through various marketing campaigns like school seminars, roadshows, and other above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities. Your role will involve monitoring and guiding the sales team to provide exemplary counseling, enrolling, onboarding, and ensuring a delightful journey for our students. It will be crucial for you to address queries and grievances promptly to enhance customer satisfaction, leading to improved student retention and reduced left-outs. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with all legal and operational requirements, overseeing the safety of facilities, and ensuring the security of our students. Educating the team on our product portfolio and ensuring adherence to process compliance will also be a part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be accountable for tasks such as hiring, rostering, motivating, and retaining the team to maintain high performance standards. Qualifications: - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills - Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field - Knowledge of the local job market and industry trends This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The job type is a day shift with a performance bonus structure in place. The ideal candidate should have a total of 10 years of work experience, with a preference for 3 years of experience in branch management. The work location is in-person.
