Job Description
- As a Junior Accountant at Beverage Trade Network, you will be responsible for various financial tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the organization. Your role will involve maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and auditing processes. Working closely with senior accountants and finance teams, you will contribute to the overall financial operations of the company. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in QuickBooks and have a strong understanding of cash flow management and accounting principles. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion are essential qualities for this position. Additionally, you should be able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common objectives. Your responsibilities will include reconciling subsidiary accounts, managing financial transactions, ensuring general ledger accuracy, and conducting bank reconciliations. You will also be involved in organizing historical financial records, generating financial reports, and assisting in tax preparation and filing processes. Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of financial records and supporting the financial well-being of the organization.
