As a Process Associate at Genpact, your responsibilities will include resolving all vendor queries and requests received via emails or tickets within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will review and validate essential details of valid invoices, maintain a tracker of exceptions, independently perform transactional tasks, follow up on requisitions to resolve hold invoices, adhere to internal compliance policies, and perform daily internal audits to ensure operational adherence to guidelines. In order to be successful in this role, we seek the following qualifications from you: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) - Freshers are eligible - Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in cost model creation and management - Ability to handle pre-sales process management and execution - Prior experience in sales support This full-time position is based in Kolkata, India. The primary focus will be on operations, and the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
