- Job Description: As a Financial Advisor at Aditya Birla Capital Limited located in Janakpuri B1 Community Centre, you will be entrusted with the crucial responsibility of offering expert financial advice and suggesting suitable financial products to clients. Your primary focus will be assisting individuals and families in accomplishing their financial objectives by creating comprehensive financial plans, providing investment guidance, and recommending insurance solutions. Your main duties will include identifying and onboarding new clients from different sources, comprehending clients" financial aspirations, risk appetite, and investment choices, proposing appropriate insurance, investment, and financial instruments available at Aditya Birla Capital, conducting periodic reviews of client portfolios, delivering market updates, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines, nurturing lasting client relationships, meeting sales targets for various financial products, and engaging in continuous training sessions to boost product knowledge and sales competencies. Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred). - NISM/IRDA certification (as applicable). - Previous experience in sales, insurance, or financial advisory is beneficial. - Proficient communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. - Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
