Job Description
- As a skilled DevOps Engineer at CredFlow, you will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining infrastructure and deployment processes. Your role will involve optimizing the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, ensuring high availability, and scaling the infrastructure to cater to a rapidly growing user base. Collaboration with engineering teams will be essential to guarantee smooth and efficient operations from development to production. Your key responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. You will also develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, manage and optimize cloud resources (AWS, GCP, Azure), set up monitoring and alerting systems for system health and uptime, work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, integrate development workflows into the DevOps pipeline, enforce security protocols, optimize infrastructure performance, and ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role, focusing on CI/CD, cloud services, and automation. Your technical skills should include proficiency with AWS (or GCP/Azure), experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or TravisCI, strong understanding of containerization, expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), experience with monitoring tools, knowledge of version control systems, familiarity with databases, and understanding of security best practices. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities, communication, teamwork, and adaptability to a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential for success in this role. Bonus points for experience with serverless architectures, Agile development practices, and knowledge of financial services or fintech domain.
