Job Title: Learning & Development Engagement Coordinator (Apprentices or off roll)


Location: Pune

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative fresher to support our Learning && Development (L&&D) team
in designing impactful communications and driving employee engagement. The role involves
creating engaging content (posters, videos, podcasts) and managing operations on our internal
portal.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative communication content using tools like Canva
Upload and manage posts on the internal employee portal
Monitor employee activity, respond to queries, and route them to appropriate teams
Track, analyze, and report employee engagement levels

Strong communication skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Qualification
Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources (HR)
