Job Description

Drive sales of company's product range through planning, negotiation, and participation in trade events.
Manage territory by identifying opportunities, contracts, and educating surgeons on infection control.
Deliver customer in-service training and build strong hospital relationships.
Develop and grow key accounts, support cross-selling, and manage inventory needs.
Strengthen product and market knowledge; differentiate company's products from competitors.
Control expenses, samples, and budgets effectively.
Uphold corporate ethics and maintain high professional standards.
