Assembly Fitter @ Integrated Personnel

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented ITI freshers to join our manufacturing team as Assemblers. You will be responsible for assembling components and parts as per company standards to ensure smooth production flow and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical or electrical components as per drawings or instructions

• Use hand tools and machines for assembly tasks

• Perform visual inspections for defects and quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

• Support production targets and report any issues to the supervisor

• Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams when needed

• Ensure proper usage and storage of tools and components

Requirements:

• ITI pass in Mechanical, Fitter, Electrical, or related trade

• Basic understanding of mechanical drawings or wiring diagrams (training provided)

• Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

• Physically fit and punctual

• Flexible to work in shifts if required
