Job Description
- Lead telesales efforts by making high-quality outbound calls to prospective clients from qualified databases.
- Present and pitch real estate projects with a consultative approach, emphasizing key USPs tailored to the clients interests.
- Strategically identify and develop new lead sources through cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Schedule and coordinate client visits to the project site or office, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain a consistent and structured follow-up system to maximize conversion rates.
- Good to have experience as a telesales/telemarketing executive, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi .
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Minimum Graduate.
