Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, DevOps Engineers, etc.).
- Sourcing Excellence: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, industry-specific job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and acting as a brand ambassador for [Company Name].
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles. Provide market insights and strategic advice on hiring.
- Job Description Development: Craft compelling and accurate job descriptions that attract the right talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts by actively seeking out and engaging with underrepresented talent pools.
