Job Description

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:



  • Registering all enquiries into quote log

  • Ensure acknowledgement is given to sales/customer with a planned quote submission date

  • Submit accurate quote as per planned quote submission date (On time Performance)

  • Update MIS reports related to bid management and related analysis

  • Review and hand over clean Purchase Orders to Order and Project Management Teams



Who You Are:


You should have strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills. Customer focused. Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally. Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities. Commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business loss.



For This Role, You Will Need:


Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 2 - 4 years Industry experience.


Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal, and social skills.


Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


Good English communication skills (written & verbal)



Preferred Requirements:


Experience from actuator, valves and controls industry
