Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage accounts receivable, including processing payments and resolving billing issues.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment from customers.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and concerns related to accounts receivable.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in accounts receivable management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience working in an IT-enabled services or BPO industry is preferred.
