Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our project/Product team. You will work closely with Scrum master product lead alongside other developers and QA. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements gathering and analysis, documenting processes, working with QA and Developers explaining the business/product requirements, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
You will be asked to play a key role for that you will be working within the team and customer and make sure converting the functional requirements to the technical requirements. You will create the uses cases, features, EPICS and follow the agile best practices.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Required an Agile BA who can understand the Agile frameworks & Process.
Required a Scrum BA who can work closely with different scrum teams.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization techniques.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and leadership teams.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Ensuring the Product strategy & solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Create features/stories for the agile story board.
Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
