Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive sales of next-gen Testing &
QA Services in the India market . The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services
sales, particularly in next-gen Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Automation Testing,
or Performance Testing . You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads,
nurturing client relationships, and assisting in closing deals to meet revenue targets.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate and qualifying leads; Curate lists in target
segments; Identify and engage potential clients (enterprises, mid-market, and startups)
through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and propose tailored Testing & QA
solutions (AI-QE, Automation, DevOps QA, Performance Testing, etc.).
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in CRM (e.g.,
Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Client Engagement: Conduct presentations and solution demos.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, pre-sales and delivery teams to align offerings with
client needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging QA
technologies.
- Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly pipeline targets to achieve sales quotas and
contribute to business growth.
Skills & Qualifications
Must Have :
- 2+ years in IT Services Sales , preferably in Testing/QA services .
- Strong understanding of Software Testing (AI-QE / Automation / Performance / DevOps
QA) .
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Good to Have:
- Knowledge of AI/ML in Testing, Test Automation tools (Selenium, JIRA, etc.) .
- Existing network in the India IT/QA domain.
