Job Description

• Work closely with the operations team to keep a track record of the Value-Added Services process and feedback collection for process optimization
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Platform operations, and On-field operations teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution related to service delivery
• Maintain records, preparation of periodic performance reports, and conduct gap analysis of execution processes.
• Actively monitor service performance and work on an action plan to improve operational efficiency and service experience.

• Knowledge: Energy Industry or Enterprise Software/ B2B sales/ Solutions sales/ Services sales / Enterprise sales
• Any Specific Need: Ability to create and manage relationships, Exposure to dealing with small and medium-scale suppliers and other business entities, understanding of internet-based platforms.
• Strengths: Ability to convince, strong communication skills, process orientation
• Education/ Training: Graduate/ Postgraduate/ Engineering with a Management qualification will be preferred
• Presentation/ Communication Skills: Strong written and Verbal Communication skills
• Interpersonal Skills: Assertive and friendly
• Leadership Traits: Performance focus, Objective-driven
