Job Description
Overall responsible for the management and operations of the manufacturing plant.
Responsible for the strategic plan to increase plants productivity, by making optimum utilization of resources.
Work closely with outside contractors and manufacturing personnel on coordinating in production.
Directs the work of the maintenance workers to ensure accurate and timely performance of assigned tasks.
Work closely with all support department like HR ,Finance and accounts,store and purchase,IT and Other to build and secure support and resources for smooth running organisation.
Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees ,Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions.
Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
Ensure smooth operation of all plant and machinery by approving standards and process for machine maintenance.
Updating the top level management with all the reports and plan of action for improvement if required. Should be able to handle all the administrative issues nicely
Person having polymer production handling experience may be preferred
