Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Full Stack development using the Java and/or MERN stack and AWS technologies.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications and services.
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing robust software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Java-Springboot projects.
- Lead the development and deployment of serverless applications on AWS using Lambda, SQS, S3, EventBridge, and API Gateway.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and DynamoDB to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Implement and manage messaging systems using Kafka.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and/or MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Extensive experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of AWS technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
