Mega drive - Hiring for International Voice Process Customer Support. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Associate for our International Voice Process. This role involves handling customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels, including calls,providing excellent service and resolving queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Provide voice-based support to international customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
  • Adhere to process requirements.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

-Salary Range: 18,000 to 30,000 per month (based on experience)

-Shift:  rotational shift(any 9 hour shift between 6.30pm to 3.30 am) with 2 rotational offs per week.

-Education HSC / Grad Fresher or Experience will do.

-Benefits-Lucrative performance-based incentives

-Cab facility provided for convenient travel

-Travel Allowance included:- Rs:-1750

-Work-life balance with 2 rotational weekly offs

-Joining Bonus: 5k

Walk-in timing 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM from 6th Aug to 10th August.
