The Muthoot Finance Ltd. is inviting the smart, dynamic experienced candidates for the below detailed position

Post : BRANCH HEAD

Designation : ABM

Job Location : PHOOLBAGAN, ULTADANGA , M G ROAD (BURRABAZAR),B T ROAD, BIRATI ,TITAGARH,

Required Candidate profile :

-# Minimum 6 years of experience in Banks or any Finance companies (Not from Insurance sector).

# Currently working in Asst Manager or above grade.

# Age must be above 30 years.# Male & Female candidates are both eligible.

*Job description :-

• Achieving the allotted branch target.
• Acquiring new customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-ins, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc.
• Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
• Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process, gold appraisal, strong room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals.
• Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins.
• Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch.
• Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company.
• Cost control.
• Other duties as instructed by higher authority.
