Job Description
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and critical cases under Consultant supervision.
- Perform emergency procedures and ensure timely stabilization of patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ICU, Surgery, and Internal Medicine for patient handovers and continuity of care.
- Participate in medical audits, case discussions, and academic teaching sessions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to hospital protocols and NABH standards.
- Support patient families with clear communication regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and emergency response drills within the hospital.
- Qualification: MEM / MD / DNB (Emergency Medicine)
- Experience: 03 years post-PG (Freshers can apply)
- Strong clinical decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in emergency procedures (airway management, resuscitation, trauma care, etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
