We are currently seeking applications for the position of Process Developer, Commercial Lending. In this role, you will play a crucial part in pre-sales analytics services and data strategy articulation for the BFS business. Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for sales pursuit, you will collaborate closely with service lines and delivery teams to ensure accurate solution design, cost optimization, and alignment with the portfolio and sales strategy. Your responsibilities will include leading client operations commercial loan activities such as booking and servicing, bringing domain expertise in commercial loan operations, partnering with transition and transformation initiatives for setting up new operations, engaging with Risk, Investors, and Customers to resolve daily operational queries, responding to Risk and customer inquiries promptly, collaborating with Risk, Closing, and Onboarding teams to understand the loan structure of upcoming accounts, and preparing and sending administrative details to maintain smooth communication channels. Qualifications: - Minimum qualifications: University Graduates (B.Com) - Preferred qualifications: Prior experience in the Banking and/or Insurance industry or crafting global BI solutions will be an advantage, along with good Sub Ledger reconciliation skills. This position is based in India-Noida and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and should possess strong operational skills.
