Job Description
- As a Senior Principal Consultant - Technical Architect specialized in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) at Genpact, you will be responsible for leveraging your broad knowledge across multiple development platforms to assess customer requirements and design secure, high-performance technical solutions that fully utilize the potential of the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include understanding and optimizing SFS scheduling and configuration, managing resources, integrating APIs, and comprehending the Salesforce Field Service architecture. You will lead discovery and scoping sessions with clients, offering optimal solutions based on business processes, technical requirements, and project scope. Collaboration with Technical Architects, integration consultants, and data consultants will be essential for specific technical design needs. Your role also involves providing technical leadership during the RFP and presales process, creating solution estimates and SOWs, establishing project governance models, and translating business problems into valuable application architectures. Your expertise in identifying gaps, proposing opportunities, and documenting detailed architecture aspects will be crucial for project success. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E. or B.Tech or MCA degree with relevant experience in Salesforce Field Service (SFS). Proficiency in Salesforce FS architecture, web development technologies, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills is essential. Salesforce certifications, integrations experience, design patterns understanding, CI/CD exposure, and skills in large data volume applications are highly preferred. Knowledge of ArchiMate is considered an additional advantage.
