Job Title: Recruiter (Work from Home / Work from Office)

Responsibilities:

• Understand JDs & source relevant profiles.

• Submit 5+ quality profiles daily.

• Manage at least 3 client requirements simultaneously.

• Conduct telephonic screening & explain JD clearly.

• Coordinate interviews, offers & follow-ups till joining.

• Ensure 90-day follow-up / replacement compliance.

Requirements:

• 6 months 3 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT).

• Non-IT hiring experience is an added advantage.

• Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, references).

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

• Ability to work on any requirement independently.

Work-from-Home Guidelines:

• Laptop/Desktop with stable internet.

• Professional work environment (camera ON during meetings).

• Daily/weekly virtual meetings with manager.
