Job Opening: Ad-Tech Support Engineer

Location: Tavant, Bangalore
Work Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and resolve complex technical issues.
• Interface with customers to provide tailored solutions.
• Manage escalations and sensitive business concerns.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Client Support, and Ad Operations teams.
• Work with various Ad-Tech platforms to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

3-8 years of experience

AWS services are basic requirements

1. Experience in programmatic advertisement is mandatory

2. Should have an understanding of how CTV advertising works

3. Worked on DSP and troubleshooting the DSP-related issues

4. Should have knowledge on SQL. Experience in AWS services such as S3, Athena, etc
