Job Description
PositionOverview of Job We are seeking a Junior Data Scientist with 1 to 2.6 years of experience who has a foundational understanding of machine learning and data science. The ideal candidate will have exposure to deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and related fields. Familiarity with key tools such as TensorFlow and OpenCV will be highly valued. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop and apply machine learning algorithms, collaborate with a talented team and grow your skills in a supportive environment. Duties & Responsibilities
- Work on implementing machine learning models under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct experiments with machine learning prototypes, documenting findings and improvements.
- Participate in training, retraining and monitoring of machine learning models.
- Gain experience with server-side deployment of machine learning models.
- Assist in constructing data pipelines to efficiently feed machine learning models.
- Collaborate with managers and senior data scientists to refine machine learning objectives.
- Contribute to the enhancement of existing machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of probability, statistics and algorithms.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of data structures, data modeling and software architecture.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- 1 to 2.6 years of experience in data science or a related role.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java or R.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for continuous learning and innovation in the field of data science.
- Basic understanding of building machine learning systems.
