Overview of Job As an ERP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions to clients across various industries. Your role will involve identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with technical teams to understand the clients requirements and propose the most suitable ERP solutions. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Present and demonstrate ERP solutions that address their requirements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for ERP solutions.
  • Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status in the CRM system. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on the latest ERP solutions, industry developments, and competitor offerings to provide the best advice and solutions to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in ERP sales or software sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and software, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a strong ability to close deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for managing leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events as required.
