PositionOverview of Job We are looking for a creative and experienced Team Lead - Web and App Designer with 5 to 8+ years of experience. In this role, you will lead a design team to create innovative web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality, user-centric designs. Youll collaborate with stakeholders and guide projects from concept to completion, playing a key role in shaping our digital products. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Design Projects: Oversee and guide the design team in creating cutting-edge web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements and translate them into high-quality designs.
- UI/UX Expertise: Develop user-centered designs, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Mentor the Team: Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Design Standards: Establish and maintain design standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes.
- Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in web and app design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
- UI/UX Skills: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading a team, with strong project management and communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve design challenges.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
