Position Summary: Architect for West region (Mumbai) for Co-Working projects, you will be a key member of our projects team, responsible for visiting new project and doing the site feasibility check in terms of design and capex requirement. Taking care of the projects under execution in terms of time, cost and quality, making sure of smooth client move in enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• New project site visit and sharing inputs to supply and sales teams in terms of space utilization
• Interior Fit-out layout as per Co-working theme for new selected projects
• Understanding the client requirements and preparing the layout for back to back requirement
• Site supervision for interior fit out projects
• Site supervision for the client requirement at the existing center

Reporting:

• Provide regular reports and insights to the project senior team, accordingly coordinating with sales team and operation team

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Proven track record of at least 4-5 years in interior fit out industry
• Experience within Co-working industry is a significant advantage
• In-depth knowledge of space planning for office interior works and supervision for construction
• Proficiency in Autocad, Excel
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret requirement and preparing the layout
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills
