Candidate related to polymer testing field

May have plastic testing diploma or plastic processing diploma degree

Should be well-versed with generate polymer testing processes such as Tensile test, elongation test, dart impact test, density testing, Compression testing etc.

Will Handle Quality matters pertaining to production and overlooking daily production

Should have knowledge of various testing standards. Should be well versed with bureau of indian standards BIS procedures

Worked in rigid plastics extrusion or thermoformed products manufacturing Company and having handled Quality and Production

Should also have knowledge of ISO Formalities

Should have experience in qualitative and quantitative lab testing and report writing.

Should have background within the polypropylene or polyethylene and colour masterbatch industry.

Ensuring quality standards for all incoming material inspection, pre-dispatch inspection and online inspection

Auditing process departments as per schedule

Calibration of all measuring instruments.

Customer complaint redressal.

Training to the m/c workers and operators for SOPs and Quality management system

Documentation of all Quality records

To visit customer place as per need as per assign by seniors
