Job Title: Holiday Packages Sales Associate / Sales Manager
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Sales/Field Sales/Travel Sales
Salary: Up to 8 LPA CTC (Fixed + Incentives)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Holiday Packages Sales Associate / Sales Manager to join our Kolkata team. The role involves client acquisition through field visits, promoting domestic and international holiday packages, and driving revenue growth by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients, corporates, and travel partners across Kolkata through field visits.
• Identify customer needs and design customized domestic and international holiday packages.
• Drive sales conversion and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Generate new leads through networking, references, and corporate tie-ups.
• Provide end-to-end support to clients, from inquiry to booking confirmation.
• Keep updated with travel trends, pricing, and competitor activities to maximize sales opportunities.
  

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in field sales (travel and tourism preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to handle client meetings independently and close deals.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city for client acquisition.
