Workday Finance QA
We are currently looking for Workday Finance QA for our client Fintech solutions. Please let us know your interest and availability
Detailed Job description:
The candidate will be responsible for testing, validating, and ensuring the quality of Workday finance modules, with a focus on Contacts and Billing, Invoice Processing, and Billing Scheduling. Knowledge of Salesforce is an added advantage.
- Experience : 7 to 12 years range:
- Location: Preferred Hybrid from any of Accion offices in India
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of Workday Finance modules.
- Validate workflows in Contacts and Billing, Invoice Processing, and Billing Scheduling.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to gather requirements and define test cases.
- Prepare test plans, test scripts, and test data aligned with project requirements.
- Identify, log, and track defects to closure using defect management tools.
- Ensure Workday Finance features meet compliance, accuracy, and performance standards.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with stakeholders for sign-offs.
- Provide documentation of test results and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven QA experience in Workday Finance modules.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Transaction Initiation
- Business process Routing
- Accounting and Posting
- Financial Reporting
- Integration with Ledgers
- Contacts & Billing
- Invoice Processing
- Billing Scheduling
- For Salesforce
- Creation of Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Quote, addition of Products, Invoices, Contracts.
- Hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
- Good understanding of finance workflows and related integrations.
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Exposure to Salesforce testing.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools for Workday.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Soft Skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
