What You ll Do - Lead the charge on market development and expand our presence in Thane.
- Design and execute smart sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Take full ownership of territory P&L and sales performance.
- Build scalable sales processes and keep raising the bar .
- Spot new market opportunities and convert them into business wins.
- Foster a culture of ownership, performance, and high standards.
- Ensure smooth operations and resolve escalations with speed and impact.
- 4 8 years of Sales/Inside Sales experience with a proven record in revenue growth.
- Strong background in market development and business expansion.
- Experience with P&L ownership, sales strategy, and process improvement.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Excellent communicator, motivator, and decision-maker.
- Bachelor s degree required.
