About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and street-smart Senior Associate/Manager Brand Collaborations to
lead influencer outreach and model hiring for brand campaigns. You will be responsible
for discovering relevant influencers and models, negotiating deals, communicating
creative briefs, and ensuring timely delivery and posting of campaign content.
Youll work closely with the content strategist and video team to ensure every campaign
is well-executed, on-budget, and resonates with our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Marketing
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers (macro, micro, nano).
- Negotiate deliverables, pricing, and timelines with influencers
- Communicate campaign briefs, scripts, and content guidelines clearly
- Coordinate influencer posting schedules and track campaign performance
- Maintain and update an influencer database with categories, rates, and content.
2. Model Hiring for Shoots
- Source and hire suitable models for in-house product shoots as per video script.
- Negotiate fees and manage shoot schedules
- Ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and diversity in model selection
- Collaborate with video, creative, and production teams for shoot planning
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, or brand collaboration roles
- Strong knowledge of influencer platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Moj, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple collaborations and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working with creative briefs and video production teams
- A good eye for influencer/model aesthetics, storytelling, and audience-brand fit
