Job Description
- Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches and partner relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life, health, or general insurance products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers to generate repeat business.
- Conduct regular product presentations and training sessions for bank teams.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
- 15 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in banca or BFSI channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
