Designation: Relationship Manager / Banca Sales Officer
Job Role & Responsibilities: -
Responsible for driving Life Insurance sales through HDFC Bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to generate business.
Handle walk-in customers at the branch and identify life insurance needs.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct need-based financial planning and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and service.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
About the Role:
Join Aditya Birla Life Insurance as a Bancassurance Manager and drive business growth through our partnership with Axis Bank. You'll build strong relationships with bank branches, identify new opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Eligibility Criteria: -
Graduate (minimum 15 years of education is mandatory).
Age: 22 35 years.
Experience:-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (BFSI / Insurance / Banking preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be a local candidate (well-versed with local market).
Salary & Benefits: -
Fixed CTC: UPTO 3LPA TO 4.5 LPA (depending on experience).
