Job Description

The Air Export position based in Delhi is a Full Time role where you will be responsible for preparing and processing various air export documents such as AWB, MAWB, HAWB, and other necessary paperwork. Your duties will include submitting ASI (Air Shipment Instruction) and preparing Gate Pass, as well as preparing the Final Handover Set for shipments. You will also be required to submit E-AWB (Electronic Airway Bill) for digital processing. A key aspect of this role will involve coordinating with customers to ensure smooth shipment clearance and promptly communicating shipment status while resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will work closely with airlines to oversee carting and proper cargo handling, as well as arrange booking amendments and documentation updates. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to prepare and issue accurate invoices with correct details and manage airline space reservations for optimal routing. Strong English communication skills will be essential for effective coordination in this role.,
