Job Description

As an Air Conditioner Maintenance Technician at Sathvin Engineers, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on air conditioning units, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, as well as repairing and replacing parts as needed. Your role will also involve ensuring the efficient operation of all systems, maintaining detailed maintenance logs, and upholding compliance with regulations and safety standards. Providing exceptional customer service to clients will be a key aspect of this full-time remote position. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to train junior technicians. Technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and components is essential, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Being self-motivated, capable of working independently and remotely, and holding certification in HVAC or a relevant field will be advantageous for this position.,
