In the role of a Team Leader at Blyvon, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of accounting professionals. You will also oversee and manage complex US accounting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis for clients, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights. Utilizing your proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Yardi, you will streamline processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and ensure smooth financial operations. As the primary point of contact for key clients, you will address their accounting needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to optimize accounting processes, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvements across the team. To qualify for this role, you should possess 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in US accounting, with at least 2 years in a team lead role. Extensive experience with accounting software like QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Yardi is mandatory. Strong leadership capabilities, in-depth understanding of US accounting practices, financial reporting, regulatory requirements, excellent problem-solving skills, outstanding communication abilities, and effective time management skills are essential for success in this position.
